I know this may be old news but for those that didn't know or haven't done it, changing out the old rear view camera drain tube with the most recent revision is very much worth it.

The original tube has hardened and discolored, not to mention the exit grommet broke off, causing water to sit inside the hatch and spill into my hatch when I opened the hatch.

The new one, 510-827-861-A, is a much more flexible tube and you have the choice of just running it directly to the camera nipple or cutting it to work with the factory trim clip that isn't shown in this photo (this is what I chose to do).
